The rules for a Britflix TV line.

A Britflix TV plan is a time-limited IPTV login for the number of screens you paid for. Prices on the pricing page are the prices that apply. You are responsible for using the service lawfully where you watch it.

The service

Britflix TV sells time-limited IPTV subscriptions for live channels and on-demand titles, delivered with a username, a playlist, or a MAC portal. The public description of what a plan includes is the pricing page on britflixtv.com at the time you order.

Channel lists, bitrates, and individual titles change. A plan is for access to the service as operated that day, not for a permanent copy of any channel or film.

Plans and connections

A one-screen plan allows one active connection. Multi-room plans allow the number of simultaneous connections printed on that plan, from 2 to 10. Installing the app on extra devices is fine. Watching on more screens than the plan allows is not, and the extra screen can knock another one off.

Prices are in pounds sterling. The twelve-month single-screen plan is £60. Current multi-room prices are listed on the pricing page and override any older figure.

Trial, payment, and delivery

A 24-hour trial is free. A £1.99 test line is available if you ask for a paid test. Paid lines are sent by email after payment is confirmed, usually within 5 to 15 minutes.

Accepted methods are PayPal, Bank transfer, PayPal, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. We send the payment instructions for the method you choose. A line is not activated against an unconfirmed payment.

Your use of the line

You are responsible for using the service in line with the law that applies where you watch it. Do not resell a personal line, publish the password, or use the stream to make your own public broadcast.

Adult categories can be PIN-locked. You are responsible for setting that PIN if children use the device.

Availability

We run the service with a 99.9% uptime target and load balancing for busy sport. Individual channels, apps, and home networks still fail for reasons outside the platform. A short interruption is not by itself a refund event. Unresolved major server downtime is covered by the refund policy.

Refunds and ending a plan

Refund terms are set out on the refund policy page. Asking for a refund does not pause the downtime clock. When a term ends, the line stops unless you pay for another term.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, Britflix TV is not liable for indirect loss such as a missed programme, a lost hospitality booking, or a device you bought from someone else.

Changes and contact

We can update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. The version that applied when you paid governs that order. Questions go to [email protected] or WhatsApp +44 7493 482855.
