What we receive, and what this website does not store.
If you email or WhatsApp Britflix TV, we use that message to send a line and answer support questions. The form on this website does not save your details on the site. It opens WhatsApp or your email app.

Who this policy covers
This policy explains what Britflix TV does with personal information when you use britflixtv.com, email [email protected], or message WhatsApp +44 7493 482855. Britflix TV is the trading name used for this subscription service.
What we collect
If you message us, we receive the details you choose to send: your name, email address, phone number, device, the plan you want, and anything in the message. Payment details for cards, PayPal, bank transfer, or crypto are handled on the payment method you pick. Do not send full card numbers over WhatsApp or email.
The storefront stores the selected package ID in your browser to remember your basket. It does not store card details. When online billing is connected, customer accounts, invoices and payment records are handled by the billing portal. The contact form opens WhatsApp or your email app with the text you typed.
How we use it
We use those details to:
- Send a trial, a subscription line, or a portal URL
- Take or confirm payment
- Answer setup and billing questions
- Handle a refund request tied to unresolved downtime
- Keep a record of the order in case you write back
How long we keep it
Order messages are kept long enough to run the subscription, deal with a refund window, and answer a follow-up about the same line. You can ask us to delete a conversation that is no longer needed for an active subscription or a payment dispute.
Who else sees it
We do not sell personal information. WhatsApp, your email provider, and the payment service you choose process the message or payment under their own terms, because that is how the message or payment is delivered.
Cookies and basket storage
The storefront uses local storage for your selected package ID. Removing your basket clears that selection. It does not set advertising cookies or run a third-party analytics tracker. The separate billing portal may use cookies to manage login, checkout and payment security. A host or browser may still store a strictly technical log, such as an IP address in a server log, to keep the site online.
Your requests
To ask what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it, email [email protected]. You can also contact the ICO if you think your information has been handled unlawfully. We will respond to a straightforward request within one month.
